It's a bit better but still has the same problems, just less than the last one
the whole image has been evened out and everything is in the middle - the tree is too big and too much in the middle-the negative space on the right of it is too big
the ground is too high, etc.
look at my post today about analyzing the contrasts
if you don't rush right into a copy, but instead stop and analyze - in words- what you are looking at, you can avoid toning stuff down
